At Mr. Prefab, we offer a range of products from basic units to customisable high-end finished buildings to suit different needs and budgets.

At Mr. Prefab, based in Sydney, Australia, we supply prefabricated buildings across the entire country, including regional areas. No matter where you are, we can deliver our products to your location.

  2. Recommendation: We’ll suggest the best product for you.
  3. Discussion: We’ll discuss layout and customisation options.
  4. Quotation: We’ll provide a quote based on our discussion.
  5. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to proceed.
  6. Production and delivery arrangement.
  7. Balance: The remaining balance is due before the delivery date.

Electrical system: power inlet & breaker box are included in all of Mr. Prefab product package, which allows you to get connected easily by plugging in. We now also provide solar panel system option to help you stay sustainable.

Water and sewer: Mr. Prefab can offer plumbing for certain range of products when requested, even composite tank and rainwater tank is available. Please call to confirm details.

From multi-story structures to interior fit-outs, including vanities and bathrooms, we offer extensive customization options. Whatever your needs may be, just let us know, and we’ll ensure your satisfaction!

Please allow 8 weeks from the placement of your order for delivery. Please note that lead times may vary depending on the quantity of the order.

50% deposit with order, balance of payment on shipping.

The type of foundation needed may vary depending on the product. For temporary buildings, options include pillar, hardstand, or flat ground – all are suitable.

We assist with building approvals by providing drawings and designs tailored to your needs. Additionally, we’re available to help gather any information required for local council approval. It’s worth noting that some councils may not require approval for temporary buildings.

Our warranty period is 5 years for any defects not caused by human factors. Additionally, we are always happy to assist by helping with installation and repair.
